Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of your favorite bread (gluten-free optional)
- 1 slice of cheese
- 2 teaspoons butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a frying pan
- Make a hole in the bread with an upside down cup
- Crack egg into small dish or cup
- Lay bread in the pan and drop cracked egg into the hole
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, or celery salt
- Fry until bread is browned slightly and egg is set
- Flip egg in bread over
- Lay cheese on top and let melt slightly
- Cook to personal preference, remove, and serve
